As I was out walking one morning last week, I happened to look down into the grate over the large drain at the side of the road.

What caught my eye were some daisies growing in the most unlikely of spots in the dark.

Remember the old saying "Bloom Where You Are Planted"? Well, this proves you can bloom just about anywhere!

Good eye!
Keep walking!! :-)
Thanks Obi-wan!
Hate to tell you this but those turn into major weeds! I rip out a bunch every few weeks. As weeds go, pretty though...
As long as their down inside drain grates and not in our lawns, we're probably safe. :)
It's just one of nature's beautifying projects :-).
